RETURNS POLICY  

 

Please choose carefully.  We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

Ecopharmacy Express customers have the right to a repair, replacement, credit or refund if the products supplied are:

  • Faulty
  • Wrongly described
  • Do not do what they are supposed to do

Damaged or faulty goods may be returned within a reasonable time to Ecopharmacy Express with proof of purchase.  In the event you receive a damaged or faulty product we will refund the original product price and delivery fees via the original method of payment.  If you opt for a replacement product we will despatch the replacement, subject to availability, when we have received the faulty product, at our cost.  If you opt for repair, this will be carried out as soon as possible and the product returned to you at our cost. If a credit is required we will issue you with a credit voucher.

Please allow 14 days from our receipt of product for refunds to be processed. Any scheduled (prescription and some over-the-counter medications) medications may not be returned under any circumstances due to Queensland Health Regulations.
